The Three Key Elements of Sleep Wellness

In order to get the deep, therapeutic sleep you need, doctors recommend that you find a bed that has all three key elements of sleep wellness. The problem is, most doctors don't recommend any particular bed because each bed is always trading one therapy for another. With the exception of extremely firm beds, most beds either let your hips sink in too deeply or elevate them too much. This causes mis-alignment. Pay attention to these crucial lines when trying out other beds. If you are out of alignment, move on to the next one.
